FirstKnock is a Devbop service. This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or enquire about our service.

When you get in touch

Our enquiry form asks for your name, work email, business name, service area and service type. You can also tell us about the customers you would like to reach. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

We use these details to respond, assess whether our service fits your business, and discuss a potential engagement. Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and forwarded to our team through Formspree.

Booking a call

If you open the booking window, Calendly loads to let you select an appointment. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy notice. The booking link includes a source tag identifying FirstKnock as the referring website.

Services used by this website

The website and its database run through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. The enquiry notification service is Formspree, booking is provided by Calendly, and typefaces load from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information needed to deliver their features, including browser and network details.

We haven’t added advertising pixels or a website analytics tracker. Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies when you open its booking interface.

Client login

The client login screen is currently an interface awaiting account activation. It does not send or store passwords. Please contact your FirstKnock contact for information about client account availability.

Questions and requests

To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact us through the enquiry form and describe your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
